Highlights.
That was a long term project where I was working as a full timer UX/UI Designer while leading the design team. For every pinch we need to add to the mobile app and while redesigning it we were always interviewing our customers, running in-office usability testings, prioritising features, analysing and synthetising all the data and design based on what insights we got.
Our Process
The team drafts a plan to create a design language that would support the Visual Design standards for the new app experience. At the same time, we mapped the overall functionality and use cases for an accessible, best-in-class app that made the userβs needs the top priority.
During the process, we implemented continuous testing, rapid delivery cycles, and a focus on designing and developing for accessibility, to make sure the largest possible audience could access and use the app.
